KASANE COLLECTIVE is an event organizer and production studio serving Malang and Surabaya. We are building a modern alternative to the “package-first” event model: thoughtful planning, strong creative direction, transparent coordination and a day that still feels human.
KASANE means “to layer.” It is how we work: every decision, partner and production detail is considered separately, then brought together as one coherent experience.

Do you only handle weddings?+
No. Weddings are a core focus, alongside Sweet Seventeen celebrations, private occasions, corporate events, brand experiences and production support.
Can KASANE handle only coordination or production?+
Yes. The scope can be full-service or focused. We can lead the full event, step in for coordination, or handle selected production components depending on the brief.
Can you help us find the venue and vendors?+
Yes. KASANE can help source and coordinate hotels or venues, catering, décor, photo and videography, entertainment, MC or talent, and technical production based on the event brief and agreed scope.
Can we use vendors we already chose?+
Yes. Existing vendors can stay part of the event. We bring them into the same timeline, communication flow and production plan so responsibilities remain clear.
Do we need a venue before contacting KASANE?+
No. Your venue can still be TBD. If venue sourcing is part of the scope, we can start from the city, guest count, event style and practical requirements.
Where do you work?+
Our current service area is Malang and Surabaya — two cities we know closely, venue by venue.
How early should we start?+
The earlier we join, the more we can shape the event strategically. For near-term dates, send the brief anyway—we will tell you quickly what is realistic.
